
Stauber brings a portfolio of knowledge that includes a long history of player and coaching experience. Stauber played for the PHM Mirage from 2006-2011 helping the PHM Mirage to their first Section 7AA Championship and first ever MSHSL State Appearance in 2010. After graduating high school in 2011, Stauber went on to play four seasons with the University of Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs from 2011-2015. She served as an alternate captain her junior year and a co-captain her senior year. Stauber traveled to Sweden after graduating college and played one season of professional hockey in the SDHL before returning home to join the Minnesota Whitecaps of the NWHL/PHF. In 2019, Stauber won the Isobel Cup Championship with the Whitecaps and continues to play for them currently. Simultaneously, Stauber has also been coaching the PH Mirage High School team for the last three seasons. Through three seasons, Stauber hold a 61-17-1 coaching record, helping her team to three consecutive Section 7A Championship games and winning in 2021 and 2022. Both Section 7A Championships advanced the Mirage to the MSHSL Class A State Tournament where Stauber and the Mirage won the State Championship in 2021 and finished runner-up in 2022. Off the ice, Stauber obtained a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from UMD and a Masters in Sports Leadership and Management from Northeastern University.
